We are currently working on a new website for the community, which should be finished by the end of May. This website also includes a complete re-branding of Marquis De Lorne to include events both in Copperfield and Mahogany, which you may have seen in the May newsletter. We will announce more details soon, and we look forward to revealing the new website in the near future!
Our winning photo this month was submitted by local resident April Crossley, enjoying her son’s FIRST swing ride! What an exciting milestone for this family. She has won a free pass to the Calgary Zoo. Happy Mother’s Day to you April!
Send us your favourite moment in Copperfield for a chance to win a gift card or venue admission ticket! Please forward pics at any time to [email protected]. To view submitted photos and prize winners, please visit our www.facebook.com/mdlca.ca page and the following month’s newsletter.

The crime statistics for March 2017 in Copperfield and Mahogany have been released, giving us some insight into the problems that have been occurring in our communities. This is just a reminder to take the necessary precautions against crimes such as assault and theft, and to make sure that you file a police report if you are the victim of or see these crimes in progress.
